Miss Ruby had her first bottle today. Luckily pumping has been going well for Mama and so that meant, Steve finally got a chance to feed our little one. Something I think he has been excited about for a while. We didn't know how she would do with it... when you google these things (which I pretty much google everything baby related these days!), you hear all these stories about it being a hard transition for some little ones. Well if "drinking out of the bottle makes you a wino", then call her a wino! ;) Without hesitation, she took close to 3 oz. down. Didn't seem to mind it one bit and her next feeding went back to the breast without issue.
